At MagGear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged

• You received the wrong product

• The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind after ordering

• Incorrect size selection (unless we made an error)

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your payment provider

• Then contact us at the email below

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before processing begins.
